Administrative Procedures Manual
The Administrative Procedures Manual (APM) is a manual that contains policies and procedures dealing mostly with the finance and administrative side of the university. This online document is the official APM.
In the event of any discrepancy between this online version and the file kept in the Policy Coordinator’s office, the Policy Coordinator’s file, which tracks all policy changes from beginning to end, is authoritative.
Additions, deletions, and changes to the Administrative Procedures Manual must follow the procedure outlined in the University-wide Policy Development Statement and Process (FSH 1460) and the University Policy website.
